Research progress on health-related behaviors of adolescents and low-level systemic inflammation

  • 摘要: 青少年健康相关行为的发生率呈上升趋势, 直接或潜在地威胁着青少年现在及将来的健康, 青少年健康相关行为与全身低水平炎症反应密切相关。本文通过查阅与总结国内外相关文献, 简要对单一健康相关行为(饮食、体力活动、物质依赖、睡眠)和健康相关行为聚集与青少年全身低水平炎症状态的关联性进行综述, 初步阐述炎症在青少年健康相关行为和心理健康中的作用, 为促进青少年身心健康发展提供科学依据。
