Reduce students' non-essential sedentary behavior and promote sports and labor education to livelihood

  • 摘要: 久坐行为日趋发展成为生活常态,非必要久坐行为,尤其是娱乐型视屏行为累计过多,会严重危害人群健康,给社会带来沉重的疾病负担。提升减少久坐行为意识、施行减少久坐行为举措亟待落实。儿童青少年正处于行为习惯的高度可塑期,良好行为习惯的养成直接关系到民族未来人群的体质健康水平。近期,政府部门陆续出台相关政策,鼓励学生“体育、劳动教育”生活化,将政策、理论转化为实际行动尤为关键。
