Research progress and implications of pediatric inactivity triad

  • 摘要: 儿童青少年身体活动不足三联征(PIT)框架由运动缺乏症状、儿童青少年肌力不足和体育素养缺乏三大核心因素构成,强调身体活动(PA)不足并非单一现象,而是多重因素相互作用导致的恶性循环。研究基于PIT框架,探讨其核心要素及相互关系,并分析该框架在提升中国儿童青少年PA水平方面的应用价值和实践启示,为解析儿童青少年PA不足的复杂成因提供系统性理论视角,并为制定干预策略提供科学依据。
