Improve sleep quality and promote healthy growth of adolescents

  • 摘要: 睡眠质量对于青少年身心健康至关重要,高质量的睡眠不仅有助于青少年身体的修复与恢复,还能有效促进身体发育、认知功能、情绪调节及社会适应能力等方面的发展。目前世界范围内,青少年普遍存在睡眠质量问题,主要表现为睡眠不足、入睡困难等。基于青少年身心发育特征以及现实条件,应通过提高青少年体力活动水平、改善营养状况、提升心理健康等方法和途径,积极干预青少年睡眠状况,从而有效促进青少年身心健康发展,增进青少年健康福祉。
