International experiences and implications of digital-empowered adolescent mental health services

  • 摘要: 数字化技术的加速发展为青少年心理服务的模式创新带来新的发展机遇。研究通过国际案例分析发现,发达国家已构建起具有显著数字赋能特征的青少年心理服务体系,如美国危机文本热线依托语言处理技术实现风险分级响应,英国Kooth平台运用认知行为疗法开发人工智能(AI)咨询系统,澳大利亚的ReachOut建立心理健康数字资源库,新西兰SPARX游戏化界面重塑治疗体验,芬兰“安妮老师”开创情感计算技术应用等。以上创新实践呈现出基于大数据的精准服务供给、融合人工智能的干预系统、保障隐私安全的匿名机制、突破时空限制的高可及性服务、人机协同双轨支持模式以及跨学科联动的服务体系六大特征,可为中国持续深入探索数字技术赋能青少年心理服务提供借鉴和启示。
