Cultivating digital literacy to mitigate the harm of excessive smartphone use among adolescents

  • 摘要: 智能手机是一把双刃剑,在为青少年的学习、社交和休闲娱乐等带来便利和新兴社会资源的同时,也带来了智能手机成瘾、网络安全和欺凌等问题和风险。研究围绕青少年智能手机使用的利弊展开述评,并提出要尽快提高青少年的数字素养,从个人、家庭、学校和社会4个层面加强青少年手机使用的管理,为青少年形成健康的智能手机使用模式提供全方位、多层次的支持与引导。
