Health benefits and application strategies of small-sided games intervention for children and adolescents

  • 摘要: 为探究小场比赛(SSG)对儿童青少年的体质健康影响机理及合理应用策略,研究综述了SSG对儿童青少年身体成分、运动能力、心血管健康、肌肉和骨骼健康及代谢健康的多维影响,提出科学设计训练方案、强调个体化差异、加强监测反馈的合理应用SSG的策略,为SSG在儿童青少年体质健康促进中的应用提供理论支持和实践建议。
