Relationship between psychological resilience and attention bias among secondary vocational school students

  • 摘要:   目的  探讨中等职业院校学生(以下简称“中职生”)心理弹性与负性信息注意偏向之间的关系,为提高中职生心理健康水平提供参考。  方法  2024年5月在某高职院校中专部采用方便抽样方法选取177名中职生。采用2(组别:高心理弹性组、低心理弹性组)×2(刺激类型:负性刺激、中性刺激)混合试验设计,根据青少年心理弹性量表得分选取63名被试分为高心理弹性组(n=32)和低心理弹性组(n=31)。两组被试均完成点探测式任务,以任务中的正确率、反应时和注意偏向值作为关键指标评估被试的注意偏向。采用重复测量方差分析对两组被试注意偏向任务的反应时和正确率进行比较;对心理弹性的5个分维度和注意偏向值进行Pearson相关分析。  结果  在反应时和正确率上,低心理弹性组中职生对负性刺激的反应速度相较于中性刺激更快[(579.11±85.44,586.13±78.92)ms,F(1, 61)=5.93,P < 0.05],低心理弹性组中职生对负性刺激的正确率低于中性刺激[(0.93±0.12,0.95±0.09),F(1, 61)=12.81,P < 0.01]。低心理弹性组中职生的注意偏向值(7.03±18.43)大于高心理弹性组(-2.54±13.39)(t=2.36,P < 0.05)。Pearson相关分析发现,心理弹性量表的人际协助维度得分(2.85±0.77)与注意偏向值(2.20±16.65)存在负相关(r=-0.25,P<0.05)。  结论  心理弹性较低的中职生对负面情绪刺激有着明显的注意偏向,且低心理弹性可能会使中职生对负性情绪刺激更加敏感。
