Physical circumference development in Chinese children aged 3-6 years

  • 摘要:   目的  了解中国3~6岁学龄前儿童4项体格围度的生长发育水平,为儿童营养改善和健康促进政策的制定提供参考依据。  方法  采用分层随机抽样方法,在2020—2023年采集中国华北、东北、华东、华中、华南、西南和西北七大自然地理区域24个省市120所幼儿园25 842名3~6岁学龄前儿童的体格围度数据;采用等级评价法对儿童头围、胸围、腰围和臀围的发育水平进行评价。性别和年龄差异分析分别使用Mann-Whitney U检验和Kruskal-Wallis检验,不同性别异常检出率的比较采用χ2检验。  结果  3~6岁儿童头围为51.74(50.08,53.33)cm,胸围为55.73(52.09,59.04)cm,腰围为53.04(48.92,56.40)cm,臀围为59.36(56.30,62.32)cm。3~6岁男、女童头围异常检出率较高(19.71%~42.02%),且各年龄各体格围度发育水平异常检出率男童均高于女童(χ2=5.63~83.35,P值均 < 0.05)。3~6岁男、女童臀围(4.89%~6.53%)和胸围(4.51%~6.38%)异常检出率较低,各年龄性别间异常率差异均无统计学意义(χ2值分别为0.00~1.61,0.00~3.71,P值均>0.05);3~6岁男、女童腰围异常检出率较高(13.70%~42.45%),4~6岁阶段中女童异常检出率均高于男童(χ2=10.49~58.18,P值均 < 0.05)。  结论  当前中国3~6岁儿童体格发育状况总体良好,但头围和腰围异常检出率较高。儿童保健工作应重点关注腹型肥胖的防治,并针对不同年龄段和性别制定差异化的健康干预策略。
