Association of maternal emotional symptoms and parent-child relationship with emotional and behavioral problems in primary school students

  • 摘要:   目的  了解母亲情绪症状和亲子关系与小学生情绪行为问题(EBPs)的关联, 为小学生EBPs防控提供参考。  方法  2023年5月, 采用方便整群抽样方法选取安徽省合肥市2所小学1 324名学生为研究对象, 通过广泛性焦虑障碍-7量表(GAD-7)、患者健康问卷(PHQ-9)、家庭适应和亲子亲和评价量表(FACES Ⅱ)、父母版长处和困难问卷(SDQ)分别调查母亲情绪症状、亲子关系和小学生EBPs。采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析母亲不同情绪症状和亲子关系与小学生EBPs的关联。  结果  小学生情绪症状、品行问题、多动障碍、同伴交往问题、亲社会行为、困难问题总分异常检出率分别为13.6%, 19.4%, 20.2%, 36.5%, 20.9%, 51.9%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示, 母亲有焦虑症状、有抑郁症状、低水平亲子关系的小学生EBPs检出率均升高(OR=1.52~6.97);母亲有焦虑、抑郁症状和低水平亲子关系的联合作用均会增加小学生EBPs各维度发生风险(OR=4.07~10.14)(P值均 < 0.01)。性别分层后发现, 母亲有焦虑、抑郁症状和低水平亲子关系的联合作用均会增加男生和女生EBPs各维度发生风险(OR=3.71~10.95, P值均 < 0.01)。  结论  母亲情绪症状和亲子关系均与小学生EBPs有关。降低母亲焦虑、抑郁症状和改善亲子关系, 可能有利于减少小学生EBPs的发生。
