中小学教师抑郁症状和负性生活事件与心理弹性的关系

Relationship between depressive symptoms, negative life events, and resilience in primary and secondary school teachers

  • 摘要:   目的  探讨中小学教师抑郁症状、负性生活事件与心理弹性之间的关系,为提升教师群体的心理健康水平提供参考。  方法  于2022年11—12月,采用方便整群抽样法抽取北京、广东、安徽、湖北、四川、新疆、辽宁、黑龙江等8省(市)38所学校的11 332名中小学在职教师进行问卷调查。使用9项患者健康问卷、自编21条目负性生活事件调查问卷、10条目简明心理弹性量表分别评估中小学教师的抑郁症状、经历负性生活事件情况与心理弹性水平。采用Mann-Whitney U和Kruskal-Wallis H秩和检验比较抑郁症状得分的组间差异,使用多重线性回归、分层回归探讨教师抑郁症状与负性生活事件、心理弹性间的关系。  结果  中小学教师抑郁症状的检出率为14.0%;中小学教师负性生活事件与抑郁症状呈正相关(r=0.35),心理弹性与抑郁症状呈负相关(r=-0.45)(P值均<0.05)。在调整性别、婚姻状况等变量后,负性生活事件得分与抑郁症状得分呈正相关(β=0.22,P<0.01);心理弹性在负性生活事件对中小学教师抑郁症状的影响中起调节作用(B=-0.15,P<0.01)。  结论  中小学教师经历负性生活事件越多,产生抑郁症状的风险越大。心理弹性可以削弱负性生活事件对抑郁症状的负面影响,起到保护教师心理健康的作用。
