Factors influencing the development of executive function in adolescents

  • 摘要: 执行功能是一种高级认知过程,旨在为了完成特定任务,个体对任务解决的认知过程进行灵活的协调、优化、控制,确保个体产生有效的行为,包括抑制控制、工作记忆和认知灵活性。鉴于个体在青少年期身心发展具有的敏感性和特殊性,该时期对于青少年执行功能的发展至关重要。研究从生物、环境和生活方式3个维度出发,系统阐述了青少年执行功能发展的影响因素;通过分析不同影响因素的作用机制和效果差异,为提高青少年执行功能水平提供科学依据,并为相关干预措施提供参考。
