Research progress on the impact of recreational soccer on physical and mental health among children and adolescents

  • 摘要: 儿童青少年大部分时间在学校度过,良好的休闲足球运动(recreational soccer, RS)有利于儿童青少年身心健康发展。研究主要综述RS对儿童青少年体成分、身体素质、心血管功能、骨骼质量与肌肉功能、认知和社交等身心健康的影响,为营造有利于儿童青少年健康的学校RS环境提供理论依据。
