Associations between sleep duration and negative emotions among junior college students

  • 摘要:   目的  探讨专科生睡眠时间与负性情绪症状的关联, 为提高大学生心理健康水平提供参考。  方法  采用整群抽样的方法, 于2021年3月选取安徽省淮南市某专科院校2 524名大一学生为研究对象, 采用问卷调查一般人口学特征、睡眠时间、负性情绪症状等信息, 应用限制性立方样条和多因素Logistic回归模型分析专科生睡眠时间与负性情绪症状的关联。  结果  专科生中抑郁症状、焦虑症状、压力症状的检出率分别为19.4%(490名), 28.2%(713名), 9.9%(250名), 男生(24.3%, 34.0%, 19.1%)的负性情绪症状检出率高于女生(18.7%, 27.4%, 8.5%), 差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为5.81, 6.27, 36.23, P值均 < 0.01)。调整相关混杂因素后, 专科生睡眠时间与负性情绪症状呈非线性的剂量-反应关系。与参照组8~ < 9 h相比, 专科生学习日和周末的每天睡眠时间 < 7 h与抑郁和压力症状风险增加有关, < 8 h与焦虑症状风险增加有关; 与参照组 < 1 h相比, 专科生周末每天补充睡眠时间≥5 h与负性情绪症状风险增加有关(P值均 < 0.01)。  结论  专科生较短睡眠时间以及较长周末补充睡眠时间与负性情绪症状关联密切, 指导大学生合理安排睡眠时间有利于负性情绪问题的防控。
