Comprehensive psychosocial support for better health and well-being in adolescents

  • 摘要: 青少年期社会信息加工相关脑区逐渐发育成熟,对来自同伴、家庭及外界的社会环境因素尤为敏感。本文概述了青少年社会关系与身心健康的关联,及全球较典型的青少年心理社会支持(干预)项目,提出重新审视青少年期社会关系的变化特征及重要意义,为青少年提供广泛的心理社会支持,倡导更多旨在提升青少年健康素养、改善亲社会行为和情绪控制能力的社会心理干预,为青少年身心健康的促进提供参考。
