Effects of cumulative family risk on internalizing problems in university students

  • 摘要:   目的  探讨家庭累积风险影响大学生内化问题的模式以及领悟社会支持和自尊在二者中的作用机制, 为促进大学生心理健康提供参考。  方法  采用纵向研究设计, 对天津市某高校随机抽取的1 207名大一年级学生分别于2023年11月(T1)和2024年11月(T2)进行2次追踪调查。使用家庭累积风险量表、领悟社会支持量表、自尊量表和大学生心理健康筛查量表对大学生进行问卷调查。构建结构方程模型, 采用Bootstrap检验变量间中介效应, 并比较性别差异。  结果  大学生T1家庭累积风险与T1内化问题(r=0.30)、T2内化问题(r=0.32)均呈正相关(P值均 < 0.01)。中介效应检验结果表明, T1领悟社会支持在T1家庭累积风险和T2内化问题间的独立中介效应值为0.03(95%CI=0.02~0.05), T1自尊在两者间的独立中介效应值为0.08(95%CI=0.06~0.10), T1领悟社会支持和T1自尊的链式中介效应值为0.02(95%CI=0.02~0.03);路径"家庭累积风险→自尊"(β=-0.24, β=-0.35)和"领悟社会支持→自尊"(β=0.41, β=0.25)的性别差异均有统计学意义(P值均 < 0.05)。  结论  家庭累积风险通过内外发展资源显著降低了大学生一年后的内化问题行为, 作用机制存在性别差异。
