Association of college students' values, sense of life meaning and subjective well-being with depression

  • 摘要:   目的  探讨大学生生命意义感和主观幸福感在价值观对抑郁影响的中介效应,为减少大学生抑郁的发生提供参考。  方法  通过纵向方法,运用中国青少年价值观、生命意义感、主观幸福感和抑郁量表对上海市2所大学576名大学生进行2年追踪调查(2021年9月T1; 2023年9月T2),应用PROCESS 3.0模型6进行中介分析。  结果  两次调查中,大学生对集体责任[(3.74±0.67)(3.64±0.65)分]和超越进取[(3.78±0.75)(3.54±0.73)分]的认同下降,而对享受快乐[(3.46±0.77)(3.70±0.71)分]的认同及抑郁水平[(0.92±0.43)(0.99±0.50)分]上升。T1享受快乐通过增强T2主观幸福感(β=0.20)负向预测T2抑郁(β=-0.21), 中介效应值为-0.04(95%CI=-0.07~-0.02);T1超越进取通过增强T2生命意义感(β=0.49)及链式中介(T2生命意义感→T2主观幸福感,β=0.29)负向预测T2抑郁(β值分别为-0.08,-0.20),中介效应值分别为-0.04(95%CI=-0.06~-0.02),-0.03(95%CI=-0.04~-0.02);T1集体责任通过T2生命意义感和T2主观幸福感单独(β值分别为0.29,0.17)及链式中介(T2生命意义感→T2主观幸福感,β=0.28)负向预测T2抑郁症状(β值分别为-0.08,-0.21), 中介效应值分别为-0.02(95%CI=-0.04~-0.01),-0.04(95%CI=-0.07~-0.01),-0.02(95%CI=-0.03~-0.01) (P值均<0.01)。  结论  大学生对3种价值观的认同通过不同心理机制影响抑郁水平,可为大学生心理健康及价值观教育提供依据。
