Research progress on the effectiveness of bibliotherapy interventions for adolescent mental health

  • 摘要: 阅读疗法作为一种系统性的心理干预方法,具有成本低、可及性强、效果显著等优势。文章系统综述了近年来阅读疗法在青少年心理健康干预领域中预防性、治疗性、发展性、个性化和综合性干预等方面的研究进展,探讨其作用效果及关键影响因素,发现阅读疗法可有效降低青少年抑郁和焦虑等症状的风险,改善情绪调节能力和社会适应性;不同类型的干预在不同人群中表现出差异性效果;个性化和综合性干预模式能进一步提升干预效果,可为开发本土化阅读疗法干预方案提供理论依据和实践指导。
