Effects of dietary rhythm and digital media use rhythm disorders and their interaction on psychological health among middle school students

  • 摘要:   目的  探讨饮食节律和电子产品使用节律紊乱及其交互作用对中学生心理健康的影响,为相关节律紊乱中学生群体的心理健康促进提供参考依据。  方法  2023年11—12月,采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法分别在深圳市、太原市、郑州市3座城市中抽取7所初中和6所高中12 847名中学生为研究对象。采用自编问卷评估中学生饮食节律和电子产品使用节律紊乱状况,采用青少年心理健康评定简明问卷评估中学生心理亚健康。使用Logistic回归模型分析中学生饮食和电子产品使用节律紊乱与心理亚健康的关联,并分析二者交互作用对心理亚健康的影响。  结果  中学生心理亚健康检出率为20.58%。Logistic回归模型分析结果显示,以饮食节律和电子产品使用节律均低紊乱组为参照,饮食节律中高紊乱组(OR=2.85,95%CI=2.51~3.23)和电子产品使用节律中高紊乱组(OR=2.33,95%CI=2.07~2.63)中学生心理亚健康风险均较高(P值均<0.01)。饮食节律紊乱与电子产品使用节律紊乱对心理亚健康存在相乘交互作用(OR=2.48,95%CI=2.33~2.76)和相加交互作用[RERI值(95%CI)=0.84(0.32~1.36),AP值(95%CI)=0.20(0.08~0.33),SI值(95%CI)=1.36(1.08~1.72)](P值均<0.01)。  结论  在中学生心理亚健康的预防和管理过程中,应重点关注饮食节律和电子产品使用节律紊乱问题,改善不规律的膳食行为、减少电子产品的不合理使用可能对促进中学生心理健康具有积极意义。
