Application of digital games for interventions to reduce risky sexual behavior among adolescents: a systematic review

  • 摘要:   目的   分析数字游戏在青少年危险性行为干预中的应用,为降低青少年危险性行为提供参考。   方法   从PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Scopus、Embase、中国生物医学数据库、中国知网、万方数据库和维普中,检索建库至2024年2月发表的应用数字游戏干预青少年危险性行为的相关文献。   结果   最终纳入10篇英文文献,涉及3 063名10~24岁青少年,发表时间为2013—2023年。数字游戏的开发和设计多基于认知行为理论和真实性决策情境及对话,游戏参与者分为单方和多方,主要采用虚拟角色扮演、互动叙事、冒险挑战等形式,在内容上存在一定差异。数字游戏干预具有较好的可行性和可接受性,可提高青少年的性健康知识与态度、自我效能和风险感知,降低危险性行为的发生。   结论   数字游戏在干预青少年危险性行为方面具有显著优势,可为防控青少年危险性行为提供新途径。
