Research progress on social media exposure, appearance anxiety and media health literacy among adolescents

  • 摘要: 数字化为青少年提供了多元的娱乐和社交途径,但全新的媒介环境可能会给青少年的心理健康带来一定风险。文章阐述了社交媒体暴露与社交容貌焦虑之间的关系及社会比较的中介作用,并将提升媒介健康素养作为潜在的可行解决方案,旨在阐明数字媒介环境下青少年社交容貌焦虑的形成机制,为减轻青少年社交容貌焦虑提供治理建议,从而更好地帮助青少年在数字时代抵御风险、健康成长。
