Influence of electronic screen teaching on college students' visual health

  • 摘要:   目的  探索电子屏幕教学方式下教室空间环境对学生视觉健康的影响,为建立适应教学信息化发展的教室空间环境提供科学参考。  方法  2024年1月,从内江师范学院招募48名18~21岁本科大学生,采用视觉疲劳评价指标评估亮度、亮度对比度、视看距离、视觉任务时长和眩光对大学生视觉疲劳的影响,通过多元线性回归分析不同指标与视觉疲劳之间的关系,采用准则间相关性权重法客观赋权方法确定不同指标的影响权重。  结果  多元线性回归分析结果显示,亮度、亮度对比度、视看距离、视觉任务时长和眩光对大学生视觉疲劳影响均有统计学意义(R2值分别为0.91,0.94,0.99,0.99,0.98,P值均 < 0.05)。屏幕亮度在200~400 cd/m2,亮度对比度为6∶1时视觉疲劳程度最低,第3~5排区域的视觉距离有更好的视觉舒适性,视屏任务时间越长视觉疲劳程度越高。在权重方面,教室照明导致的屏幕眩光对视觉疲劳影响最大(24.09%),其次分别为视觉任务时长(23.41%)、视看距离(20.80%)、亮度对比度(17.81%)、亮度(13.89%)。  结论  电子屏幕教学导致教室空间环境变化,与学生视觉疲劳有密切关系。
