Correlation between health literacy and sports injuries among high school students with athletic specialization

  • 摘要:   目的  了解高中体育特长生健康素养水平与运动伤害发生的关联,为干预体育特长生运动伤害发生提供参考依据。  方法  于2023年3—4月采用方便抽样的方法抽取江西省上饶市、赣州市、南昌市城乡地区21所高中443名16~18岁体育专业生,并调查健康素养及运动伤害发生情况。运动伤害评估依据《儿童青少年伤害监测方法》,健康素养水平评估使用中国青少年互动性健康素养问卷。采用χ2检验比较体育特长生运动伤害报告率在人口学及运动训练特征组别间的差异及健康素养水平与运动伤害发生的关联。运用二元Logistic回归分析体育特长生健康素养水平与运动伤害发生的关联强度。  结果  高中体育特长生运动伤害报告率为49.4%。二元Logistic回归分析结果显示,高中体育特长生健康素养中低水平相较高水平运动伤害发生风险增加(中水平:OR=1.98,95%CI=1.12~3.51;低水平:OR=2.08,95%CI=1.18~3.68),高中体育特长生健康意识中低水平运动伤害发生风险较其他维度健康素养水平更高(中水平:OR=2.77,95%CI=1.48~5.19;低水平:OR=2.01,95%CI=1.04~3.88)(P值均 < 0.05)。分层分析结果显示, 体育特长男生及田径类特长生总体健康素养中/低水平相较高水平学生运动伤害发生风险更高(男生:低水平,OR=2.46,95%CI=1.15~5.28;田径类:中水平,OR=2.17,95%CI=1.06~4.43,低水平,OR=2.09,95%CI=1.02~4.30;P值均 < 0.05)。  结论  高中体育特长生健康素养水平与运动伤害发生存在关联,提高学生健康意识有助于降低运动伤害发生风险。
