Research progress of alleviating depression among children and adolescents based on 24 h movement behaviors

  • 摘要: 健康的行为是身心健康的基石,目前越来越多的研究开始关注通过改善行为缓解儿童青少年抑郁情绪。研究基于近年来提出的24 h活动行为概念,梳理了身体活动、静态行为和睡眠与儿童青少年抑郁情绪的关系,发现身体活动可以有效缓解儿童青少年抑郁情绪,效果与身体活动的类型、强度、时长和频率等因素有关;过度的静态行为会增加抑郁情绪,并且不同类型、时长和频率的静态行为对儿童青少年抑郁情绪的影响不同;睡眠除可以直接影响抑郁情绪外,还可在身体活动、静态行为和抑郁情绪之间发挥中介作用,身体活动和静态行为在时间上也存在挤出效应。未来研究应重点关注24 h活动行为对儿童青少年抑郁情绪作用的机制与路径,从而为儿童青少年抑郁防治提供更为精准的解决方案。
