Analysis of the characteristics and related factors of executive function in adolescents

  • 摘要:   目的  探究青少年执行功能表现特征以及相关因素,为促进青少年执行功能发展提供一定的理论依据。  方法  于2022年9—12月,采用方便整群随机抽样法从上海、苏州、太原、婺源、兴义、乌鲁木齐抽取5 018名13~18岁青少年,采用问卷调查法、测试法对青少年的基本信息、家庭状况、生活行为、体质水平以及执行功能进行调查;同时考虑学校教育间异质性的事实,建立多水平Logistic模型分析青少年执行功能的相关因素。  结果  高中生抑制功能优于初中生(Z=-2.69);在刷新功能上,高中生优于初中生(1-back:Z=-11.32,2-back:Z=-11.36),男生优于女生(2-back:Z=-2.18);在转换功能方面,高中生优于初中生(Z=-2.63),男生优于女生(Z=-7.10)(P值均<0.05)。多水平模型分析结果显示,青少年执行功能在学校水平上存在聚集性。在学生个体水平上,初中生刷新功能(1-back:β=56.94;2-back:β=127.00)、转换功能(β=35.64)差于高中生;男生刷新功能2-Back(β=-21.24)和转换功能(β=-28.42)优于女生;非独生子女刷新功能2-Back优于独生子女(β=-19.36);低体能者刷新功能2-Back差于高体能(β=37.35);视屏时间未达标者转换功能优于达标(β=-14.30)(P值均<0.05)。  结论  高中生青少年执行功能优于初中生,男生刷新功能和转换功能优于女生;家庭环境、生活方式和体质健康是中国青少年执行功能的相关因素。提高对青少年执行功能主要支持和障碍因素的认识,有助于为青少年制定有效干预计划。
