Impact of the sense of security on interpersonal relationships among impoverished college students

  • 摘要:   目的  探讨安全感对贫困大学生人际关系的影响,为有效预防贫困大学生人际交往心理危机提供实证依据。  方法  于2023年3月,采用分层随机抽样方法从上海、江苏、河南、安徽、内蒙古、甘肃、广西各抽取1所高校,共抽取7所高校贫困大学生1 687名,采用安全感问卷、人际关系综合诊断量表、心理压力量表(SPS)和正念注意觉知量表(MAAS)进行调查。采用SPSS宏程序PROCESS中的模型7进行有调节的中介效应分析。  结果  贫困大学生安全感性别间差异有统计学意义(t=-2.31,P < 0.05),人际关系在年级间差异存在统计学意义(F=3.60,P < 0.05)。安全感对贫困大学生人际关系困扰有负向预测作用(β=-0.17,t=-9.27,P < 0.01);心理压力在二者之间起部分中介效应,中介效应占总效应的比例为19.54%;安全感与正念的交互项对心理压力的预测作用有统计学意义(β=0.10,t=5.32,P < 0.01)。  结论  安全感可以通过心理压力对贫困大学生人际关系产生影响,且随着正念水平的提高而增强。应注重培养贫困大学生的安全感,提升其正念水平,防止因心理压力过大而出现人际关系危机。
