Advances in the correlation between digital eye strain and sleep quality in adolescents

  • 摘要: 数字视疲劳不仅影响青少年的视觉健康,还会影响其睡眠质量。研究综述了青少年数字视疲劳与睡眠质量之间的直接相关、反馈相关和中介作用及其机制,提出减少数字视疲劳和改善睡眠质量的策略,如限制电子屏幕设备的使用时间、调节电子屏幕设备的亮度和对比度、保持正确的姿势和视距、增加眼睛的营养和保护、建立规律的睡眠作息、避免在睡前使用电子屏幕设备、营造一个舒适和安静的睡眠环境、注意饮食和运动的影响等,为青少年的视健康和整体健康保障提供一定参考。
