Association of different sleep characteristics and cardiometabolic risk in college students

  • 摘要:   目的  探讨大学生不同睡眠特征与心血管代谢风险的关联,为促进大学生身体健康提供参考依据。  方法  采用随机整群抽样方法,于2019年4—5月在安徽省合肥市和江西省上饶市2所高校共1 179名大学一年级学生中开展问卷调查和体检(包括血压、腰围和血脂指标等),纳入729名问卷信息和体检资料完整的大学生进行分析。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)和失眠严重程度指数量表(ISI)调查大学生睡眠行为,采用清晨型与夜晚型量表-5项(MEQ-5)评价睡眠时型。使用腰围、平均动脉压、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(×-1)、甘油三酯和胰岛素抵抗指数的标准化性别特异性Z分数的总和得出心血管代谢风险评分。使用秩和检验比较不同人口统计学特征大学生心血管代谢风险评分差异,使用广义线性模型比较大学生不同睡眠特征与心血管代谢风险评分的关联。  结果  大学生心血管代谢风险评分为-0.32(-2.03,1.58)。在吸烟、健康状况及体力活动水平变量中,大学生心血管代谢风险评分差异均有统计学意义(t/F值分别为-3.41,12.88,51.07,P值均<0.01)。广义线性模型结果显示,夜晚型偏好时型(B=1.89,95%CI=1.02~3.49)、有失眠症状(B=3.25,95%CI=1.79~5.90)及过短或过长睡眠时长(B=1.92,95%CI=1.21~3.05)与大学生心血管代谢风险评分均呈正相关(P值均<0.05)。  结论  大学生不良睡眠模式与心血管代谢风险的发生呈正相关。应积极改变大学生睡眠行为,进而降低心血管疾病的发生风险。
