Research progress of nutrition literacy assessment for children and adolescents

  • 摘要: 儿童青少年正处于饮食习惯和技能养成的重要阶段。营养素养与健康的饮食行为以及更高的营养质量密不可分,提升营养素养是改善营养的重要路径。文章从儿童青少年营养素养的评估工具角度出发,对国内外营养素养的研究进行总结。发现目前尚无通用的儿童青少年营养素养定义,各国多采用成人营养素养代替或作适当调整,未考虑到儿童青少年独特的发展特征及营养需求;营养素养的测量工具多样化,未形成统一的评价工具,研究结果可比性不足,难以得出可靠的结论。未来需要继续深入探讨提出更权威的定义,研制标准化评价工具。
