中职生网络欺凌现状及其对健康危险行为的影响

Cyberbullying and its effect on health risk behaviors among secondary vocational school students

  • 摘要:   目的  了解中职生网络欺凌与健康危险行为现状, 探讨网络欺凌对健康危险行为的影响, 为制定促进青少年健康相关行为干预策略提供参考依据。  方法  于2023年3-4月, 采用随机整群抽样方法对吉林市与延吉市各1所中等职业学校1 184名学生进行现场问卷调查, 采用χ2检验和广义线性模型对数据进行分析。  结果  中职生网络欺凌报告839人(70.9%), 健康危险行为1 036人(87.5%)。网络欺凌总分与健康危险行为之间呈正相关(r=0.60, P < 0.01)。广义线性模型分析显示, 女生、无网络欺凌与中职生健康危险行为呈负相关(β值分别为-2.75, -8.90), 单亲家庭、同学关系紧张与中职生健康危险行为呈正相关(β值分别为2.56, 4.82);具有网络欺凌经历的单亲家庭、同学关系紧张、上网以社交为主的中职生会增加健康危险行为发生(β值分别为3.41, 4.88, 2.20)(P值均 < 0.05)。  结论  中职生的网络欺凌与健康危险行为发生率较高, 网络欺凌与健康危险行为正性相关。应从家庭、学校及社会多角度关注和开展中职生网络使用指导与健康教育, 并采取相应干预策略促进青少年健康发展。
