Association between negative emotion, family intimacy and Internet addiction among junior and senior school students

  • 摘要:   目的  探讨中学生负性情绪(抑郁、焦虑、压力)和家庭亲密度与网络成瘾的关系,为中学生网络成瘾的干预提供依据。  方法  于2022年12月—2023年2月,采用分层随机整群抽样方法,纳入江苏省宜兴市初、高中3 026名学生为研究对象。问卷调查内容包括学生的人口学特征、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表简版(DASS-21)、家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)、中文网络成瘾量表(CIAS-R)。采用简单相关分析家庭亲密度、抑郁、焦虑、压力和网络成瘾的关系;采用中介效应模型分析负性情绪在家庭亲密度与网络成瘾之间的中介效应。  结果  中学生网络成瘾平均得分(46.26±15.58),不同年级学生网络成瘾得分差异有统计学意义(F=87.15,P < 0.01)。抑郁(r=0.57)、焦虑(r=0.56)、压力(r=0.57)与中学生网络成瘾正相关,家庭亲密度(r=-0.34)与中学生网络成瘾负相关(P值均 < 0.01)。在中介效应模型中,家庭亲密度负向预测负性情绪(β=-0.48)和网络成瘾(β=-0.10),负性情绪正向预测网络成瘾(β=0.45)(P值均 < 0.01);负性情绪在家庭亲密度与网络成瘾之间起部分中介作用(中介效应值为-1.71,95%CI=-1.96~-1.49,中介效应占比67.9%,P < 0.05)。  结论  中学生负性情绪和家庭亲密度与网络成瘾存在关联,家庭亲密度主要通过负性情绪影响网络成瘾。应重视家庭教育,尤其是家庭亲密关系,有助于减少中学生网络成瘾的发生。
