Retrospective analysis of childcare center disinfection in some regions of Anhui Province during 2019-2022

  • 摘要:   目的  了解托幼机构在新冠病毒感染疫情前后消毒工作和专业技术支持需求情况,为提出改进措施提供依据。  方法  采用多阶段分层抽样法在安徽省皖北、皖南各选1个市,每市选取3个县/区,共抽选60家托幼机构,采用现场走访、查阅资料等方式对安徽省部分托幼机构开展问卷调查,调查托幼机构信息、2019—2022年分三阶段消毒工作情况,技术支持需求现况。  结果  2019,2020和2021—2022年分别调查托幼机构54,58,60家,2019—2022年消毒工作开展率最高均是消毒工作记录(96.3%,96.6%,98.3%),最低均是消毒因子强度监测(26.4%,26.3%,58.3%)。常态化防控阶段消毒监测评价开展率为68.3%,对专业技术支持需求率最高的是指导和培训(95.0%),培训内容需求率最高是消毒剂配制方法(81.7%)。2021—2022年,不同地市之间餐具消毒间配置率(A市:93.3%,B市:70.0%)、消毒监测评价开展率(A市:53.3%,B市:83.3%)差异有统计学意义(χ2值分别为6.24,5.46,P值均 < 0.05)。  结论  2019—2022年托幼机构消毒工作多数内容开展率提升,常态化防控阶段消毒因子强度监测和消毒监测评价工作开展率低,对专业技术机构提供消毒剂配制方法指导和培训的需求率高。建议加强托幼机构消毒监测评价和相关技术指导工作。
