摘要

摘要: 通过深入探讨日本营养教师的职务内容、配置情况、培养途径、取得成效及遇到的问题，探索将学校营养及健康教育融入中国健康教育师资和课程体系及健康促进工作中的方法，引导师生树立正确健康观、提升健康素养和养成健康生活方式，以期为中国建设营养与健康学校提供建议，并对中国未来营养及健康教育的发展提供有益参考。

Abstract: Objective Through in-depth investigation into Japanese nutrition health educators' post content, configuration, training mode, advanced education practice and the difficulties, the paper explores the effective ways of integrating nutrition health education into the school health education teacher and curriculum system as well as health promotion, so as to guide teachers and students to establish a correct concept of health, enhance health literacy and develop a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, the paper aims at providing suggestions for the construction of nutrition and health school as well as the future development of nutrition health education in China.
