Research progress on the relationship between home food environment and overweight and obesity in children and adolescents

  • 摘要: 近年来,中国儿童青少年的超重肥胖率逐步升高,超重肥胖对儿童青少年的身心健康具有多重危害。超重肥胖受遗传和环境等多种因素影响,家庭食物环境在儿童青少年超重肥胖的诸多影响因素中至关重要。关于家庭食物环境与儿童青少年超重肥胖关系的研究较少且存在争议。文章分析了压力进食、限制饮食、食物作为奖励等父母喂养行为和家庭食物可获得性及易用性与儿童青少年超重肥胖的关系,为以家庭食物环境为切入点的儿童超重肥胖控制提供科学依据。
