Snack consumption of children and adolescents in China and its correlation with overweight and obesity

  • 摘要:   目的  了解中国儿童青少年零食消费现状及其与超重肥胖的关联,为制定预防和控制中国儿童青少年超重肥胖策略提供依据。  方法  选取“中国健康与营养调查”项目2018年中国十五省、自治区、直辖市6~17岁儿童青少年共1 882名作为调查对象,采用连续3 d 24 h膳食回顾法调查零食消费状况,通过聚类分析法探索零食消费模式,并利用Logistic回归分析零食消费与超重肥胖的关联。  结果  儿童青少年零食消费率为60.6%,供能比为2.4%。零食消费特征可分为4个模式,模式1以每天只摄入中等量水果为特征,模式2以每天摄入少量水果和焙烤类为特征,模式3以每天只摄入少量水果为特征,模式4以每天摄入中等量奶类和少量水果为特征。调整能量摄入等相关协变量后,与不吃零食者相比,不同零食消费模式组发生超重肥胖风险的OR值(95%CI)分别为1.56(0.93~2.58),0.81(0.51~1.24),1.24(0.94~1.63),1.00(0.60~1.63),零食供能比自低至高四分位分组超重肥胖风险的OR值(95%CI)分别为1.17(0.81~1.68),1.32(0.92~1.89),1.12(0.77~1.61),1.00(0.69~1.45),均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。  结论  中国儿童青少年消费零食比例较高,种类以水果及其制品、奶类及其制品和焙烤类为主,未发现零食消费与超重肥胖的关联。
