Effect of sedentary interval intervention on body composition and blood lipid metabolism of obese female college students

  • 摘要:   结论  探讨久坐间断对肥胖女大学生身体成分和血脂代谢的干预效果,为改善肥胖学生健康水平提供参考依据。  方法  2022年9—11月选取洛阳理工学院符合纳入标准的80名肥胖一、二年级女大学生为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将研究对象分为对照组(28名)、实验A组(26名)和实验B组(26名),各组均统一进行适当的饮食指导。按照学校作息时间表,对照组仅每周1次90 min的体育选修课,在对照组基础上,实验A组每个课间进行5 min的快步走(6 km/h)间断干预,实验B组1~4周每个课间进行5 min快步走(6 km/h)间断干预,5~8周每个课间进行4 min快步走(6 km/h)和1 min跳绳(60次/min)间断干预,9~12周每个课间进行4 min快步走(6 km/h)和1 min跳绳(80次/min)间断干预。每天干预10次,周末间断干预时间和频数保持不变。在实验前后检测研究对象的体质量指数(BMI)、体脂百分比(BFR)、腰臀比(WHR)、内脏脂肪指数(VFI)以及总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。  结果  经过12周的久坐行为间断干预,对照组身体成分各项指标和血脂4项指标较干预前差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05);实验A组的BMI、BFR、VFI和TG均低于干预前(t值分别为3.20,2.80,8.19,2.21,P值均 < 0.05);实验B组的BMI、BFR、WHR、VFI和TG、TC、LDL-C均低于干预前,HDL-C高于干预前(t值分别为6.27,5.85,10.82,19.91,3.86,3.29,7.20,-4.93,P值均 < 0.01)。干预后3组的BMI、BFR、WHR、VFI和HDL-C差异均有统计学意义(F值分别为24.01,23.77,10.00,15.28,6.72,P值均 < 0.01);组间两两比较发现,实验B组的BMI、BFR、WHR和HDL-C干预效果优于实验A组和对照组(P值均 < 0.01)。  结论  快步走和跳绳间断干预对肥胖女大学生身体成分和血脂代谢具有良好的改善效果。学校应充分利用课间时间,对肥胖女大学生采用短时间多频次中高强度干预,改善其身体成分和血脂代谢。
