Application of virtual reality technology in promoting mental health of college students

  • 摘要: 高校大学生需要应对来自环境适应、升学就业、同侪竞争和人际恋爱等方面的挑战, 容易遭受心理问题的困扰, 是心理问题的高风险群体。近年来, 国家高度重视大学生的心理健康教育工作。随着科技发展, 虚拟现实技术已在临床心理环境中获得广泛应用。为丰富大学生心理健康促进路径, 研究概述了虚拟现实技术用于大学生心理健康促进的方法、优势及未来发展方向, 以期为拓展高校心理健康干预方式, 促进大学生心理健康提供参考与借鉴。
