Universal mental intervention for children in school based on mental resilience-forced enhancement: a randomized controlled trial study protocol

  • 摘要: 精神障碍占全球10~24岁儿童青少年总疾病负担的45%。制定有效的干预措施,将心理干预机制融入校园日常教学体系,可为师生提供方便、可及的心理健康服务。研究计划开展针对全体儿童的普遍性心理健康促进的随机对照实验,设计以心理复原力提升为重点干预方案,教授儿童管理与调节情绪的方法以及解决问题的应对技巧,将安徽省天长市2所小学四至五年级20个班级的学生随机分配到干预组和对照组,将心理干预课程融入所选学校教学课程体系,每周1次、每次40 min且持续14周,以期提升儿童心理复原力,在基线及干预后通过问卷对儿童抑郁症状、焦虑症状、心理复原力、对立违抗及品行问题等指标进行随访,以探讨本方案促进儿童心理健康水平的有效性。
