Advances in cognitive behavioral art therapy in the treatment of anxiety disorders in children and adolescents

  • 摘要: 认知行为疗法是儿童青少年焦虑障碍心理治疗的主要方法之一。以心理治疗理论和方法为基础的艺术疗法开始在国外兴起。目前,针对焦虑障碍患者,国外学者开始尝试使用认知行为艺术疗法(cognitive behavioral art therapy, CBAT)。基于目前探索结果,认知功能尚在发展阶段的儿童青少年也是该疗法的潜在受益者。研究以总结CBAT在治疗国内外焦虑障碍患者中的应用现状,并创新性地探讨对中国儿童青少年焦虑障碍的治疗潜力,为完善认知行为疗法中的不足提供新视角。
