Bidirectional correlation between daily physical activity and emotional state of undergraduates majoring in sports

  • 摘要:   目的  探讨体育专业大学生日常体力活动与不同情绪状态之间的双向关联,为促进大学生身心健康提供理论依据。  方法  采用加速度计和日常情绪量表对从天津体育学院招募的219名体育专业大学生进行测评,采用相关性分析、组内相关系数和Harman单因子法等方法对数据进行检验,运用Mplus 7.4进行交叉滞后分析。  结果  体育专业大学生日常体力活动量与积极高唤醒/低唤醒情绪均呈正相关,与消极低唤醒/高唤醒情绪均呈负相关(r值分别为0.94,0.63,-0.28,-0.17,P值均 < 0.05)。交叉滞后模型显示,周四和周五体力活动量能正向预测周五和周六积极高唤醒情绪,周四和周五积极高唤醒情绪能正向预测周五和周六体力活动量(β值分别为0.91,0.20;0.88,0.39,P值均<0.05);周四和周五积极低唤醒情绪能正向预测周五和周六体力活动量,但仅周四体力活动量能正向预测周五积极低唤醒情绪(β值分别为0.68,0.35,0.70,P值均<0.05);周四和周五消极低唤醒情绪能负向预测周五和周六体力活动量(β值分别为-0.37,-0.40,P < 值均<0.05)。  结论  体育专业大学生日常体力活动与积极情绪之间存在双向关联,与消极情绪双向关联较弱。应重视体力活动产生的情绪效益,以及情绪改善引起的体力活动增量。
