Characteristics and enlightenment of Guidelines on Physical Activity, Sedentary Behavior and Sleep for Children under 5 Years of Age

  • 摘要: 近年来,慢性疾病年轻化给世界儿童健康蒙上阴影,为改善这种局面,文章对《5岁以下儿童体力活动、久坐行为和睡眠指南》进行分析,从理论基础、行为准则及政策实施等方面进行探究。洞悉指南经验及内在机理,建议从指标体系、宣传模式和评价体系等方面入手,尽早出台5岁以下儿童健康促进指南,为“健康中国”建设提供助力。

    年龄/岁 体力活动 久坐行为 睡眠时间
    < 1 每天多次、以多种方式进行体力活动,多则更好。不能自主行动的婴儿每天应进行至少30 min的俯卧位伸展练习 受限时间每次不超过1 h,不建议屏幕时间 保持14~17 h(0~3个月)或12~16 h(4~11个月)的优质睡眠,包括打盹
    1~2 至少180 min不同强度的体力活动,全天分布,多则更好 每次久坐不应超过1 h。1岁儿童不建议久坐屏幕时间;2岁以上儿童久坐屏幕时间不应超过1 h,少则更好 保持11~14 h的优质睡眠,包括打盹
    3~4 至少180 min不同强度的体力活动,其中至少包括60 min的中等至剧烈强度体力活动,全天分布,多则更好 每次受限时间不应超过1 h。全天久坐屏幕时间不应超过1 h,少则更好 保持10~13 h的优质睡眠,包括打盹
