Research progress on the effects of meal timing and frequency for overweight and obesity among children and adolescents

  • 摘要: 中国儿童青少年超重肥胖率逐年增加,且受遗传、饮食和生活方式等诸多因素影响,为了解具体进餐时间和频率与儿童超重肥胖的关系,文章综述了近年来国内外关于三餐或零食的进餐时间和频率对儿童青少年超重肥胖影响的相关研究,为防控儿童青少年超重肥胖提供科学证据。
