Research progress on the association between childhood obesity and pubertal timing

  • 摘要: 随着儿童超重肥胖率的不断升高,超重肥胖对青春发动时相的影响受到学者关注。为了解儿童肥胖与青春发动时相提前之间的相关性,研究就儿童肥胖与青春发动时相的关联及其机制进行综述,发现两者之间的关联与营养和代谢信号对下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴(HPG轴)功能的调节有关。女童肥胖与青春发动时相提前呈正相关,男童肥胖与青春发动时相关联的研究结论不尽相同。男童超重与青春发动时相提前相关;男童肥胖既可导致青春发动时相提前,也可导致其推迟,尚需进一步的研究揭示其中的规律。
