Research progress of association on flow experience and adolescents mental health

  • 摘要: 电子设备的流行让沉浸体验越来越广泛,沉浸体验的二重性给青少年带来多方面的影响。为了更好地发挥沉浸体验的积极作用,促进青少年学生心理健康,研究综述了不同情境下的沉浸体验与青少年心理健康。在学习情境下,沉浸体验能增强学生自信、学习体验、学校积极情绪、积极取向、自尊和自我效能等,同时有利于缓解学习压力与学习拖延;在娱乐情境下,沉浸体验对成瘾有直接影响,也会通过影响自我控制、认知偏差间接影响网络游戏成瘾。
