Correlation analysis of sleep behavior and overweight and obesity in junior high school students

  • 摘要:   目的  分析扬州市初中生睡眠行为现状及与超重肥胖的关联, 为青少年健康管理相关政策及干预措施制定提供依据。  方法  采用便利整群抽样法抽取扬州市区2所初中学校1 589名在校学生, 调查并分析睡眠时间、就寝时间、社会时差及睡眠习惯情况。  结果  1 589名初中生中, 上学期间睡眠不足率为64.38%, 就寝过晚率为86.78%, 46.51%的学生社会时差≥1 h, 37.44%的学生每天午睡(包括节假日)。社会时差时长在不同年级间差异有统计学意义(F=6.97), 女生高于男生(t=6.19)(P值均 < 0.01)。二元Logistic回归分析显示, 周末就寝时间晚、周末唤醒时间晚及睡眠行为不良与初中生超重肥胖发生均呈正相关(OR值分别为1.20, 1.14, 1.04, P值均 < 0.05)。  结论  初中生随年级增长睡眠时间减少、就寝时间更晚, 周末就寝时间和唤醒时间、不良的睡眠行为与初中生超重肥胖风险独立相关。需指导家长和学校关注青少年睡眠健康, 开展青少年睡眠健康指导及干预。
