Effectiveness of Longji Daoyin exercise on adolescents of mild idiopathic scoliosis

  • 摘要:   目的  探究龙脊导引操对青少年轻度特发性脊柱侧凸矫治的积极促进作用, 为改善青少年脊柱健康提供实验依据和方法。  方法  2021年6月从石家庄脊柱侧凸筛查中选取符合诊断标准的96名患儿为研究对象, 将其分为实验组与对照组(各48例), 实验组进行为期12周的龙脊导引操训练, 对照组予以健康宣教、观察监测。实验前后分别测试两组被试的躯干旋转角度(ATR)、脊柱侧凸Cobb角度, 采用脊柱侧凸研究学会-22量表(SRS-22)测量患者主观感觉。  结果  相比干预前, 12周干预后实验组ATR、Cobb角度均减小(t值分别为14.02, 17.09, P值均 < 0.01);相比于干预前(4.65±0.14, 3.49±0.21, 3.99±0.17), 实验组SRS-22评分中的功能活动、自我形象、心理健康3个维度评分(4.77±0.14, 4.62±0.13, 4.42±0.13)均有提高(t值分别为-4.86, -39.12, -13.92, P值均 < 0.01)。对照组ATR、Cobb角度比干预前均增加(t值分别为7.44, 8.99, P值均 < 0.01);SRS-22评分中的自我形象、心理健康2个维度评分(3.44±0.18, 3.94±0.14)比干预前(3.49±0.19, 4.00±0.15)均下降(t值分别为-3.74, -4.39, P值均 < 0.05)。  结论  青少年轻度特发性脊柱侧凸在观察期间容易加重, 龙脊导引操对其有矫治效果。
