Multi-subject collaborative prevention and control of adolescent myopia in China

  • 摘要: 完善青少年近视防控体系, 促进青少年健康成长是新时期健康中国建设的主要方向之一。在梳理中国近视政策及各地实践的基础上, 引发了新冠肺炎疫情期间对青少年近视率较高、成因复杂、权责不清和协同不足的思考。研究基于协同理论, 通过多元主体在近视防控工作中的功能定位分析, 推动政府、学校、医疗机构、社区和家庭、市场等多方联动, 充分发挥各主体的资源和优势, 对青少年近视进行动态管理, 构建全国统一、权责分明、长效协作的多元主体协同防控体系。
