A scientific 24-hour movement behavior guideline for the implementation of the "double reduction" policy

  • 摘要: 随着身体活动、久坐行为与睡眠在时间分配上“定和限制”的成分数据属性被广泛认知,以往将身体活动与久坐行为、睡眠时间作为体质健康独立影响因素的研究,其方法学与所得结论的局限性凸显。目前,各国身体活动指南由以身体活动量为核心的局域性推荐向以24 h时间使用为基础的系统性推荐转变。从时间使用的角度来看,儿童青少年作息内容也具备成分数据的“定和限制”属性,“双减”政策后学生课业负担和课外学科类培训的减少必然意味着分配给其他活动时间的增加。从时间使用的视角提出“双减”政策背景下的学生体质健康促进需关注的重点,为全面改善儿童青少年身心健康、建立科学合理的作息习惯提供参考。
