Research progress on genetic variants' effects on childhood obesity interventions

  • 摘要: 近几十年来,儿童肥胖率持续上升,健康危害严重,已成为重要公共卫生问题。生活方式干预是预防儿童肥胖的有效手段。然而,干预效果在不同个体间有一定差异,可能由遗传因素导致。系统阐释FTOMC4R和其他基因变异对儿童肥胖干预效果作用的研究进展,总结目前研究的局限性及未来研究方向,为制定基于遗传背景的儿童肥胖精准干预策略提供依据。
