摘要

摘要: 非自杀性自伤(NSSI)是青春期常见的心理健康问题，现已成为严重的公共卫生问题。随着互联网在青少年中普遍使用，网络社交平台成为自伤者宣泄情感的主要途径之一，青少年NSSI行为网络表露也逐渐成为研究者关注的焦点，青少年通过网络表露NSSI行为既有益处又有风险。研究从青少年NSSI行为网络表露特点、影响因素及网络表露对青少年产生的影响进行综述，为早期发现青少年NSSI行为并进行有效干预提供依据。

Abstract: Non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) is one of the most common mental health problems during adolescence, and has become a major public health concern. With the widespread use of the Internet among adolescents, online social platforms are used as tools for self-disclosure among adolescents with NSSI. Online disclosure of NSSI among adolescents has become an issue that attracts much research attention. Several studies indicated the double-edged swaord of online self-disclosure of NSSI. This review aims to summarize the characteristics, associated factors and the impact of online disclosure of NSSI among adolescents, and to provide evidence for early detection and effective intervention.
